That doesn’t change.
But along the way, something became clear. The same standards we apply to our lasagna should apply to everything around it.
That realization is what led to the next chapter.
Introducing the Lasagnola Virtual Grocery Store
In the coming months, we’ll be opening a virtual grocery store alongside Lasagnola.
This won’t be a marketplace filled with endless options. It will be a curated selection of specialty Italian products sourced through our Italian distribution partners, many of whom already supply kitchens we respect.

No guesswork. No filler. Just products that meet our standards.
Built on Relationships, Not Algorithms
This expansion didn’t happen overnight.
It’s partially thanks to the relationships built through dolce Zola (dolcezola.com), where years of sourcing, testing, and working directly with Italian distributors helped us understand what actually makes it from Italy to a plate with integrity intact.
Those relationships now allow us to bring the same products we cook with into your kitchen.
Not as a trend.
As a continuation.
Why This Matters to Us
Food should feel personal again.
When you cook at home, you shouldn’t have to wonder if an ingredient is good enough. You should be able to trust it, use it confidently, and let it do its job.
That’s what this virtual grocery store represents. A tighter loop between producer, kitchen, and table.
